If she lie u STILL MUST PAY child support it’s the law!

Why should a man support a child who isn't his? If DNA testing can be used to exonerate people accused of rape or murder, why not use it to exonerate men accused of fathering children? If your wife are lady friend tells you that you are the only one she’s been sleeping with and she ends up pregnant and you love and trust her so much to the point that you’re willing to sign the birth certificate without questioning think again, Once a man sign the birth certificate you are basically stating to the judge that, "I am a cuckold hubby/ boyfriend sir and that I’m well aware that  she’s been cheating with random guys having unprotected sex and it’s a 90% chance the kid(s) are not mine but I love her so much that I will take on the role of the father no matter who the real dad is" so once your john hancock dries on this legal document you only have a short period of time before you're  financially responsible for another man’s responsibility even if you're sweetheart flat out lied to you stud muffin!

Ok this may be a little sensitive to some of you guys but I’m going to step out on the ledge anyway if the father is earning a decent wage and his wages off set the mothers by more than 60/40, why won’t they just let the kid live with the father since he's the parent too, and the primary provider?

Why do mothers fight the fathers who want to be involved but break out the red carpet for the absentee dads? It seems that the person who is seeking love, time and communications in the relationship is the chaser and the person who doesn’t want anything to do with the relationship is the runner. Time and time again you will see this all but to familiar situation; example A, a deadbeat dad that don’t come around but every blue moon if that, he don’t offer any moral support for the poor kid just donate some sperm and out the kid(s) life he goes, in most cases you better not say anything negative about this man in the presents of the mother are you will have death match hell battle to pay with your life, whenever he does show up he will get to see his kids with no arguing and fighting a plate of hot food if its dinner time and a cold beer to wash it down with and the worst that may happen is someone might roll their eyes are turn they lip up and that’s about it they will allow this guy to give a whole heap of excuses for being a piss poor man and back out of Jr. life he goes but for the dad who wants to be a father ; example B, Daddy bashing is always allowed you can talk bad about this guy in front of the mother while the kids are present this poor fellow don’t get any of the credit that is rightfully due, he has to fight just to see his kids most of the time ending up in a court room battle no matter what he does good for his kid(s) it’s never good enough the kids are treated like a game of soccer by the mother ,”it’s my ball so I make all the rules buddy and now I’m going home and locking the door and I will see you next time I feel like playing this stupid  game again see ya!”

I don’t know who’s idea this was but this has got to be the most dumbest rule of all rules let’s say a poor guys loses his job in a bad economy it will be difficult to hire an attorney with no income to pay for modifications it’s not unheard of to be out of work for six months while searching for a decent gig so someone came up with this smart idea” let’s throw the poor SOB in jail” I’m sure the kid (s), mom and dads would benefits from this law “ now go find a job with your new child support felony convictions” WOW!

Many of these moms do not allow the fathers to be a part of their children life, because they do not want the child around the new girlfriend or wife, etc.  It is an emotional issue for mom so the child and the dad both loose time, which they can never get back!

A mother who wrongfully accuses a man of being the kid’s fathers should be placed in jail for at least 5 years for lying. If she’s not 100% positive who the real dad is she needs to state that before she give birth but she shouldn’t be able to pick the best man for the job are the best man for her situation due to lying, cheating, and sleeping around, u should be punished if you state you know exactly who the father is when your just guessing or flat out lying!
