I know you are a well-organized human being who keeps track of every red cent that leaves your pockets and you still have receipts from 1988 in a vacuumed sealed pouch laid out in chronological order and when it comes to your kids you’re twice as anal. I get it well guess what Sr., Ma am you can keep track of every money order you ever gave to the custodial parent for child support and every receipt for every purchases you ever made for your kid(s) all the way down to a stick of gum, and your receipt and money order combined can add up to an substantial amount of monthly child support even more than an average court ordered amount. So now you’re well ahead of the game right? well Let’s recap, you’re a great father you and mom came to mutual agreement on a fair amount of monthly support for the kid(s) that you pay with checks and or money orders to prove you’re not a deadbeat and you still buy other wants and needs while keeping up with all receipts and best of all you don’t have to put the third party courts people in your business, so you think your batting a grand huh? Actually This is so far from the truth and in fact it is almost the worst case scenario to be in due to the fact that the court will not give you a lot of credit for any provable monies for support that’s been paid out without going through the family child support system they will look a dad right in the eyes and with a straight face and tell him that all his receipts, money orders and checks are just gifts that’s right dad, “nice bookkeeping sir but sorry this is just a bunch of nice gift and there is no way we can consider it to be equal to child support” what I am saying is if you paid the mother directly, the same amount of money that the courts would enforce you to if you was paying it through the family courts system  that the courts will not give you the same credit for supporting your kid(s) if the government didn’t get a cut. That is pretty much the case. In some cases you could be forced to pay, back child support even with hard copy evidence showing you were given support to the mother for your kid(s), you get taxed by the government when you pay child support but you can get taxed ten times worst when you try to leave them out of the equation. You would think that the government would be appreciative a guy taking care of his responsibility up to the point to where the parents stopped seeing eye to eye, relieving the Gov. of any assistance for the kid(s) and leaving the taxpayers burden free. But the bottom line is when you pay mom direct its no money in it for them so they make example out of these guys so that other dads that separate from the mother will run to the child support enforcers top speed to start the taxing process which in turn mean more money for the government.

Child support is big business just like everything else these days the government has found a way to get their greasy little hands in the child support pool of money that is intended for the soul purpose of kids whose parent has separated. For some strange reason the government feel they are entitled to gets a percentage of your child support payments which in turn gives them a hidden agenda to hold someone to the highest amount of child support payments possible. This also explains the harsh punishments for nonpayment of child support which is 5yrs jail time because the government gets paid money to house inmates in the correctional facilities so basically they make money off you either way it go if you make the high child support payments they get paid and if you don’t you get to go to jail and they can make even more money while your on locked down, this madness has got to be stop!

What sense does it make to throw a kid’s father in jail for having financial hardship and not being able to afford legal representation which is not at all cheap, you can easily pay well over $10k for legal representations to modify and still lose your unjust case, and what if this guy have other kids in his household outside of the open child support order is it really worth sending a father to the penitentiary for 5 long years to be separate from kids, family and love ones? how are you supposed to care, protect, teach and support  anyone while in a jail cell it’s like using a bucket of gasoline to extinguish a candle I guess money is the only thing that really matters huh? And what about this situations why would you force an honestly hard working man to support another guy’s kid all because he trusted a woman and signed the birth certificate? After signing this document he later finds out thru DNA she was lying and he is not the biological dad but he still must pay child support and if he refuse he is entitled to the same punishment as a deadbeat dad, jail time for a kid that is not biologically his I know sounds kinda crazy huh? You would think that in a courtroom that THE TRUTH SHALL SET YOU FREE right? nope, the bottom line is,” we don’t care about what really happened just give us some (jail) time and or all your money sir thank you come again!” I can’t help but to think if the courts don’t care about truth, lies, and justice then it must be strictly a business nothing personal.

 I don’t see anything at all wrong with a woman looking for a little security in a relationship I think that’s perfectly understandable that her mate should be secure before he advance are except advancements from a woman that he know will end up in more than just a hot steamy cup of coffee and a few giggles. It’s the woman that play mind games, set traps, lie and pretend to be heavenly sent made by God just for you and claim to be your soul mate, they get you wide open than next thing you know you’re a weekend dad picking the kiddies up, Cha-Ching! If she makes one are more of these statements in less than 60 days chances are your dating a gold digger: (5) I have great taste  (4) I don’t like condoms I’m allergic are they irritate me  (3) I LOVE YOU (2) I think I might be pregnant (1) after they done road you like a 8sec. bull at the rodeo and gave you the best mouth to penis resuscitation you ever had in your entire life they will probably say something similar to this , " I don’t wanna keep living this sinful life, since I love you and you love me let’s just get Married!"  most men would probably respond the same way Adam did when Eve said to him ,"will you hurry up and bite the cotton picking apple fool!"  “ummmm O K baby!”
